Hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving! Mine certainly did not disappoint this year, it was fantastic! Over the past few days I've eaten way more than my fair share of turkey & all the trimmings, and pie. I spent a few wonderful days catching up with family, and I even braved the mall on Black Friday.
If you can believe it, I still have leftover turkey in my refrigerator! I think I've officially reached my limited for an extended version of Thanksgiving dinner and turkey sandwiches. Use you favorite Chicken (Noodle) Soup recipe, and swap the chicken for turkey....this is always my favorite!
